John Michael was very helpful and walked me through the updating profile process even though it could be done online. He gave me a positive handoff to the next organization when he was no longer able to support me with his services.

Veronica was very nice and supportive as well, and reached out when she noticed there were discrepancies in my profile instead of letting me stay unaware of the issues.

AFVEC, while a robust system, isn’t always user-friendly. Having a great staff like UMGC-Ramstein is huge when pursuing further education and removing roadblocks. Thank you!

Mr. Charles Harris at the Ramstein Center was extremely helpful! I came in with one or two questions and left with an immense amount of valuable information for my husband and myself to get started on our educational goals. This review is being submitted to acknowledge the outstanding services we received from Veronica and Charles. Although my husband and I visited the Ramstein Education Center to register for upcoming classes, Veronica and Charles provided invaluable guidance and assistance with all of our educational needs. They provided us with an updated overview of academic requirements and updated UMGC literature, pointed that we were given credit for IT certifications, explained that a class we had planned to register for had a prerequisite and assisted us with registering for classes. We were truly impressed not only with the services provided but also with the knowledge this team possess. Veronica and Charles answered our questions and we received information that we did not already know. Kudos to Veronica and Charles.

The staff deserves 5 Stars but it is hard to go in and talk about anything when it is so very hot inside. I came in this morning, it was not even hot outsite yet, but the room was roasting! (and I am usually not one to complain about heat, I love the summer)
