I have shopped at this place since they 1st opened. The prices are very reasonable, great customer service and they are always willing to help. I placed an order for DTF prints at 11pm and they were ready by 10am the next day. And no it was not a rush order. The colors are very vibrant and they last for a very long time even using fabric softner in the wash. Thank you for all you do Wesubn.

I have been with them for almost a year now. I love all their products and ink. I also love the owners. They help me keep my business up float with all the nice things they offer. If you ever need any help Darcey is always a big help. I love her vibe and her spirits. Here is some of my blanks I got from the store. The quality is out this world. Terrible communication, my laptop auto filled an old address while ordering online. With in minutes called to switch the order to in store pickup. They said to send an email, sent it and never got a response. My mother in law went in to the store to talk to someone they said the order wasn't done and that we could come back the next day and pick it up. Went in next day myself the manager asked me what was going on she said they shipped it out done orders this morning but she was going to double check, no problem. After 10 minutes of waiting an employee tells me she went home to check, kind of weird but OK. Waited an additional 10 minutes, the same employee tells me it's found to be about 30 minutes, cool went to grab lunch no big deal. Came back 45 minutes later still no manager, asked them to call her again employee says it shipped nothing we can do. I asked for the managers number, called twice no answer. Still no tracking number, still no call from the manager the employees only answer is when the package comes back we'll call you to pick it up. I just want the manager to know this not how you treat customers.

Rather than complaining, I think some constructive criticism may be in order.

- First of all, never call a customer a racial epithet. It only escalates the situation and won't lead to a rapid resolution of the customer's concern.
- Next, as frustrating and uncomfortable as it may be to be in the customer service hotseat, listen to the customer, agree with their emotions and try to offer a resolution. Perhaps they are upset because your company's goods or services are objectively low-rent, but being aggressive won't get them off the phone any faster and may result in something like this - a bad review, or worse - many bad reviews.
- Finally - do what you can to get your act together. You could have a good thing going if you actually understood how to run a business. Classes at many community colleges can help prepare you for the challenges of being a business owner and to help train others, should your business ever grow beyond the "we're open when I'm feelin' it" stage.

Customers can be frustrating when they're wrong, but more so when they're right. Fight the urge to name-call - it won't help. The relationship doesn't end when you ship the defective, incorrectly-packed product late. The customer has had an experience with the purchase and it's up to you to turn that frown upside down.
"I ain't listenin' to y'all" is not a valid customer service response.

Sure, you have plenty of "positive reviews" likely from friends, family, church groups and Facebook friends, if not purchased outright, but the negative reviews are where the truth lies. You could pay a service to remove those negs - oh, wait: maybe you have!

I hope the above advice from an actual business person will help you re-align your mind going forward!

Now, to all those thinking of doing business with this lady - go ahead, give it a try. What's the worst that could happen? Wait a minute - is that any way to get something done? No, for most. Maybe you should considering making better choices than this "company" for your supplies, if you're interacting with her for your business. There's no pity in the business world. Make poor choices and you may not be in business for long.
